Our evaluation process helps us in identifying employees with health complexities within the employee population. We work hard to promote the cooperation of employees with existing care plans in order to optimize employee benefits and reduce the risk of future complications. Providing advice, teaching and instruction to employees, in addition to relatives, and others involved in the employee's care are crucial to ensuring a consistent approach. 

We continuously assess and reevaluate assessment outcomes accordingly, appropriately referring to other agencies to meet the employee's needs and promote integration of beneficial services.
